- VoIP phone for both in-coming and out-going calls

Shared with Wharf Corner:
- Ocean Kayak 'Malibu Two', with buoyancy aids and paddles — suitable for one or two average adults or teenagers. This is provided (free of charge) for tenants to use at their own risk within the confines of Bow Creek.
- Private quay with summer house

- Smoking (in the apartment or the summer house)
